Shipping policy

Delivery charges

For US delivery, standard shipping is $6 per shipment and priority shipping is $15 per shipment. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100. The final available shipping services, taxes, and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery timing

Delivery estimates depend on the item, destination, and service selected and are shown at checkout. Priority shipping does not guarantee a particular dispatch date. Available tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.

Fulfilment and help

A fulfilment partner may prepare and send an item directly to you. David & Luna remains your point of contact. Check your delivery address before ordering. For a delayed or missing parcel, email support@davidandluna.com with your order number.

Returns

US return and exchange requests can be made within 14 days of delivery. Mail-in returns use a free label. A 15% product-price restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. See the return and refund policy for full conditions and refund timing.
